How blocks of time work with Gcreate?
Having blocks of time allows a business regardless of their budget, to always know what the time is being spent on,
and how much money is given for each project.
Each block represents 1 hour of my time. Time is taken up when work needs doing, for example graphics, website maintenance or requested research.

If the job is completed faster than my estimate or the client wants to pay an additional hour for corrections and there is still time left, we can work something out. The remaining time can then be used to work on another (smaller) project
When a client works with Gcreate, they first buy a set of blocks, I will always try to estimate the amount of time a job will take, but due to jobs being different each time they may go under or over the estimate. Before an invoice is sent an agreed set of hours are discussed.

....or maybe the client requests an additional block to work on something much larger.
If a job is going to take more time than my estimate, additional hours will need to be sent across in order to complete.
This method means clients always get 100% of money's worth with Gcreate. All time is documented and will be sent when an invoice is completed for their records. Clients can also request to wait for a bit if they know work will come in, so their block of time will not expire*
Gcreate does not charge for talking about new business ideas, and depending on how much a client works with me, there may be many times when I do some small bits of work for free.
*please note invoices cannot be left open forever, if I do not hear from a client for an extended period of time, the invoice will have to be closed (normally 3 - 6 months of no communication.)
